Baked chicken mushroom roll


Late light Sunday dinner.
Baked chicken mushroom roll.
Mmmmm

Procedure:
1.sauté garlic,onion mushrooms, deboned chicken(finely chopped)season w/ salt , pepper and estragon.
2.Place the Puff pastry sheets in a bord then spread the sautéd ingredients topped w/ gruyere cheese and rolled it.Seal the inner edge with water.Brush the tops of the rolls with the egg mix.
3.Place in the oven and cook for 5 minutes. Reduce the heat to 200c and cook for a further 20 minutes. Remove to a tray to cool a little before serving them with ketchup or BBQ sauce.
