Today's lunch,
Yummie Chow Mein!
INGREDIENTS
egg noodles
snow peas
carrots (sliced
Cabbage(sliced)
garlic
pork cut into bite size
Onion
soy sauce
chicken stock
Salt & pepper
Cook noodles in a pan of boiling water for 5 minutes then drain. Meanwhile,
heat a wok/frying pan until very hot. Add oil, stir in onion and garlic then
add pork.Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring often, until cooked through. Add
carrots and stir to heat them. For 2 minutes,then add cabbage and snow peas.
Mix soy sauce and stock together and stir into the pan. Then add the drained
noodles back into the pan. Season with salt & black pepper, toss everything
together & serve.
