Dinner time w/ yummie kilawin (Philippine dish
).
Ingredients:
3 tbsp oil
2 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 c sliced onions
laurel leaves
2 to 3 tbsp vinegar
pepper powder, salt to taste
1/4 kilo pork liver
1/2 kilo pork
1 medium size horse radish
1 tsp sugar
Cooking Instructions:
1. Put oil and saute garlic and onion
2. Add pork & liver and stir fry until brown
3. Add pepper, laurel and salt
4. Simmer for 5 mins then taste with vinegar (this should not taste too sour)
5. Add horse radish
6. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes until cooked, udjust taste by putting sugar.
7. Serve hot w/ rice.
