Hello, this looks good hope you can give me the ingredients of the sauce and i'll just make "hula" on how to prepare this.. if it's ok with you..thanks
For the teriyaki sauce ingredients you need the ff. Kikkoman soysauce,rice wine(mirin),and sugar then Pour all ingredients in a pan. Stir the mixture well. Put the pan onl ow heat and simmer for a couple of minutes. Remove from the heat and cool the mixture.

It's too bad soy sauce is not my husband's favorite anyway I'll do this when he's not around :-< but when I showed your blog to him he said "I think she's a very good chef!" thanks for all your effort..really appreciate your blog.
