Adobo sa Gata ( Chicken adobo in coconut milk)


Today´s lunch,
Yummie Chicken adobo in coconut milk.
Ingredients

Chicken legs
1 tblsp fish sauce
white vinegar
handful of black peppercorns
garlic cloves, peeled (5-15)
1 large bay leaf
1cup coconut milk

Simmer chicken, peppercorns and bay leaf in a large pot . Peel garlic cloves, cut a slice into them, and add to pot.Add fish sauce and vinegar to pot,Cover simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes, then add coconut milk and let simmer in low heat till chicken is cooked and sauce is thickened.
Remove from heat and let the pot cool. .Serve w/ rice or veggies.
